Mike has considerable experience in Canada, which will assist greatly in positioning our platform to the market on a B2B and B2B2C basis. In addition to sitting on the boards of of several innovative entrepreneurial software companies, Michael is a CEO who helps software organizations increase profitability, reignite growth, and refine strategic direction. He is the former CEO of three business application software companies, Springer-Miller Systems – Vermont, MSI Solutions – Arizona and Dealertrack Technologies Canada – Toronto. In addition to holding executive roles at both Davis+Henderson (DH: TSX) and Scotiabank (BNS: TSX) Michael has worked as a Venture Capitalist and Management Consultant in the technology sector. Michael holds B.Sc. (University of Toronto), B.A. (University of Toronto), M.B.A. (McMaster University & Manchester Business School) and M.A. (Royal Military College) degrees and has taught finance and entrepreneurship at several Canadian universities.
CPA / Technology Consultant
James is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and is a Principal in the Advisory Services at EY Washington in the USA. After serving his articles with Ernst & Young he founded a software development company focusing on support applications to large ERP systems, eventually leading to a client base in South Africa, the UK and the US. James was actively involved in business development and solution design until the company was acquired by AIG who was a major client at the time. He then re-joined EY within the Enterprise Intelligence service line and was directly involved with the delivery of data analytics, information management and business intelligence solutions across all major industry sectors to private and public companies. In 2016 he set up EY’s Intelligent Automation practice in Africa, focusing on Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence and delivered some of the largest scaled deployments across Africa and the Middle East. He relocated to the US and currently leads the East Region of the US in Intelligent Automation working with EY’s Tier 1 accounts.
North American Sales/Marketing SME
Steve started with RattleHub in July 2018 as Chief Revenue Officer and transitioned to an Advisory capacity at the end of February 2019. Steve brings more than 20 years of marketing management experience to RattleHub with expertise in brand launches, major account relationship management, educational content development, content strategy, and demand generation within the tech sector. He was a regular keynote speaker for LinkedIn across Northern America for a number of years. He has also led the development of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives in previous roles while also educating and consulting on multi-threaded, multi-touch, multi-channel marketing. Steve specifically supports the development of our North American go-to-market strategy.

John is the managing attorney of Michalsons Attorneys in South Africa where he sets the direction for the firm and manages the business of the firm. He is also responsible for project management and the technology the firm uses to provide legal services. He enjoys solving big problems that add value to many organisations. John is currently spending most of his time helping large organisations comply with complex global data protection laws (like the GDPR, PECR and POPIA) in a practical way. John has provided or is overseeing various other practical legal solutions such as cybersecurity responsibilities under law and drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, checklists templates, guides, reports, action plans, lists, registers, frameworks, letters, briefings and opinions.
Canadian Financial Services SME
Brian is a Partner at Chronicle Wealth, a multi-family office based in Toronto, Canada. Prior to joining Chronicle, Brian worked with Deloitte LLP as part of their Financial Advisory practice. Before that, Brian held direct investment roles with ArcLight Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, and Brookfield Asset Management, a leading global investor in real estate, infrastructure, and private equity, where he was based in Toronto. Brian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He also holds a MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, and a Masters in International Law from Tufts University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar.
